Basic Spanish Teaching Program

This program is designed for the teaching and learning of basic Spanish.

1 time per week for 1 hour.

A total of 24 lessons: divided into 4 lessons per month:

Month 1: Introduction and Basic Vocabulary

- Week 1: Greetings and Introductions

  - Vocabulary: Hello, Goodbye, What is your name?, My name is...

  - Activity: Role-play introductions.

- Week 2: Numbers from 1 to 20

  - Vocabulary: One, Two, Three, ..., Twenty.

  - Activity: Counting object games.

- Week 3: Colors and Common Objects

  - Vocabulary: Red, Blue, Green, Table, Chair, Book.

  - Activity: Identify colors in the classroom.

- Week 4: Days of the Week and Months of the Year

  - Vocabulary: Monday, Tuesday, ..., January, February, ...

  - Activity: Create a calendar.

Month 2: Verbs and Basic Structures

- Week 5: Verbs "Ser" and "Estar"

  - Explanation of differences and uses.

  - Activity: Sentence completion exercises.

- Week 6: Present Tense Verbs (Regular)

  - Introduction to regular verbs (speak, eat, live).

  - Activity: Conjugation of verbs in the present.

- Week 7: Common Phrases and Courtesy

  - Vocabulary: Please, Thank you, I'm sorry.

  - Activity: Simulation of everyday situations.

- Week 8: Basic Questions

  - Structure: What?, Where?, When?, Why?

  - Activity: Ask and answer questions.

Month 3: Adjectives and Descriptions

- Week 9: Common Adjectives

  - Vocabulary: Big, Small, Beautiful, Ugly.

  - Activity: Describe objects in the classroom.

- Week 10: Forming Simple Sentences

  - Structure: Subject + Verb + Adjective.

  - Activity: Create simple sentences.

- Week 11: Family and Relationships

  - Vocabulary: Mother, Father, Brother, Sister.

  - Activity: Create a family tree.

- Week 12: The House and Furniture

  - Vocabulary: Kitchen, Living Room, Bed, Chair.

  - Activity: Describe each person's house.

Month 4: Conversation and Practice

- Week 13: Simple Dialogues

  - Practice dialogues in pairs.

  - Activity: Role-play in different scenarios.

- Week 14: Listen and Repeat

  - Listening exercises with audio in Spanish.

  - Activity: Repeat phrases and improve pronunciation.

- Week 15: Food and Drinks

  - Vocabulary: Apple, Bread, Water, Food.

  - Activity: Create a menu.

- Week 16: Shopping and Prices

  - Vocabulary: Buy, Sell, Price.

  - Activity: Simulation of a store.

Month 5: Culture and Expressions

- Week 17: Hispanic Culture

  - Brief history and customs of Spanish-speaking countries.

  - Activity: Presentation of a country.

- Week 18: Music and Songs

  - Listen to songs in Spanish.

  - Activity: Learn a simple song.

- Week 19: Celebrations and Holidays

  - Vocabulary: Birthday, Christmas, New Year.

  - Activity: Share personal traditions.

- Week 20: Sports and Activities

  - Vocabulary: Soccer, Basketball, Running.

  - Activity: Talk about favorite sports.

Month 6: Review and Evaluation

- Week 21: General Review

  - Review of vocabulary and grammar learned.

  - Activity: Review games.

- Week 22: Free Conversation

  - Practice conversation on topics of interest.

  - Activity: Discussions in small groups.

- Week 23: Written Evaluation

  - Written test on vocabulary and grammar.

  - Activity: Individual feedback.

- Week 24: Oral Evaluation and Closure

  - Oral test and discussion about progress.

  - Activity: Celebration of learning.
